Well this is a pleasant surprise. I normally can't stand comic book films, especially ones that try to entice you with an "all-star cast". Normally, when a film is adapted from a comic book and has a cast lineup that reads like a who's-who of Hollywood, you can almost guarantee that the writing and character development will be complete garbage.
